How in the hell did no one catch her? I mean, imagine being one of the townspeople just strolling on by and then suddenly seeing Mayor Mills actually spray painting the word ‘TRAMP’ on a car (I’d probably snap my neck doing a double-take). Not to mention the fact that she took care to underline the whole thing. My guess is that those who saw are too intimidated to say anything, or she sent Sidney to do it since he’d draw less attention on the streets; forcing him into doing such juvenile vandalism is almost as funny as Regina doing it herself.

Wouldn’t surprise me if she drove by and egged Mary-Margaret’s place next or threw some crank calls in her direction.

Unless she did it at night or something. This was supposed to be morning, wasn’t it? Still there could have been witnesses. Though I did think of her possibly sending Sidney to do it. Except why would he give her back the can? Or even better, why would she keep it? lmao. She really is hysterical no matter how unintentional. 

I would not put it past Regina to egg MM’s house or bombard her with prank calls. She’s just hardcore hood like that.
